"The Rooftop Prince" mystery around Han Ji-min

SBS drama "The Rooftop Prince" is about to bring the mystery of the Chosun era into the second half of the drama.

Kim Byeol renames herself Song Yoon-ha and is cast for "Ghost - Drama"

Actress Kim Byeol has been cast for the drama "Ghost - Drama" after changing her name to Song Yoon-ha.

According to her management BH Entertainment on the 30th, Kim Byeol changed her name to Song Yoon-ha which means summer sunlight. Kim Byeol has been in drama "Mighty Chil-woo" and movie "Helpless".

"Ghost - Drama" is about a man who changes into someone else to catch a cyber terrorist. The cast includes So Ji-sub, Lee Yeon-hee and Kwak Byeong-gyoo. Song Yoon-ha will be taking on the role of a newbie reporter.

Shin Won-ho exchanges souls with Gong Yoo in "Big"

'3-second Song Joong-ki' Shin Won-ho has been cast for the role of Kang Kyeong-joon in the new KBS 2TV drama "Big".

Kang Kyeong-joon is a 18-year-old adolescent teenager who coincidentally changes souls with Seo Yoon-jae (Gong Yoo) a successful doctor in his 30's. He is also an uncontrollable student of Gil Da-ran (Lee Min-jeong) and feels profound emotions while sharing a body with Seo Yoon-jae.

It just so happened that the crew of this drama had to devote to this character of Kang Kyeong-joon. He had to be a new mask. He had to be youthful and pretty looking. As a result, they picked model Son Won-hyo of cosmetic brand Skin Food.

Debuted in 2011 with Bean Pole, Shin Won-ho has been awarded the 7th Asian Model Award and made an impressive mark in the recent drama "Bachelor's Vegetable Shop".

Shin Won-ho said, "I am very weak in many parts but thanks to all the help around me I think I can do my best".

Unexpected couples are 'it'

Park Hae-il and Kim Go-eun-I from "A Muse", Ha Ji-won and Lee Seung-gi from "The King 2 Hearts" and Im Soo-jeong and Lee Seon-gyoon from "Everything about my Wife" have been selected as the most unexpected couples.

"A Muse" is about the encounter between a 70-year-old man and a 17-year-old student. Not being meant to be, these two add more meaning to the term 'unexpected couple'. Drama "The King 2 Hearts" has the South Korean prince Lee Jae-ha who is a delinquent and North Korean female sergeant Kim Hang-ah who has a strong ego. With the setting of the North and the South, it seems like the characters are the other way around as the woman is the curt and blunt one and the male is the one out of control, but they go along together uniquely well.

Im Soo-jeong and Lee Seon-gyoon's "Everything about my Wife" has been an issue even before the production. Wife Jeong-in (Im Soo-jeong) is beautiful and enjoys wearing short outfits with a lovely appeal and seemingly perfect. However, her bad temperedness causes break ups and her husband Doo-hyeon (Lee Seon-gyoon) hires a Casanova to seduce her as his one and final plan. To be released on the 17th of May.

Kim Soo-hyeon-I, "Secretive and Great"

Rising star Kim Soo-hyeon-I is coming back to screens as a good looking spy.

According to his management agency Key East, Kim Soo-hyeon-I has decided to go on board with the movie "Secretive and Great". Based on an original by Hun, "Secretive and Great" is about a handsome spy who is abandoned by the North in a South Korean village in Seoul.

Director Juhn Jai-hong from "Poongsan" has the megaphones.

Kim Soo-hyeon-I will take on the role of Won Ryoo-hwan, one of the 3 hadsomes spies. He lives as a dummy in the village but is actually a human weapon.

Kim Soo-hyeon-I has been on a role in addition to the drama and movie "The Thieves" that will be in cinemas in July.

"Secretive and Great" will start filming in July.

Jang Geun-seok hurt in accident but doesn't affect "Love Rain"

Hallyu star Jang Geun-seok (25) has been in a car accident. According to his management on the 29th, Jang was going back to Seoul from the Mangsang beach at about 5AM in the morning with his manager when the car hit the guard rail.

He has sustained bruises and had received treatment but nothing serious. He will be able to return to work right away.

It seems like the manager was falling asleep due to his all night up with the artist which caused the accident.

Rain mulls future eyelid surgery

Singer and current military man Rain was present at the Military Manpower Administration in Seoul on April 10 where he was appointed a new position as the PR ambassador for the military.

At the event, attended by a throng of press, Rain was asked the question of whether he had any plans to undergo surgery for double eyelids.

"I wouldn't say never. I think I'll seriously think on it when I get older", said the singer.

As the Korean military's PR ambassador, the singer will take part in various events and festivals to be held for the soldiers, including events for the new recruits.

After serving in the Recruit Training Center, Rain was transferred into the Army's PR division in Feburary, where he is currently serving now. Rain will be discharged from the military on July 10 of next year.

600 guests to attend Jeon Ji-hyeon's wedding

Just days before her wedding on April 13, actress Jeon Ji-hyeon's wedding has been tipped to be a large-scale event with more than 600 guests to attend.

A source close to the star said that as well as some of the leading stars from the entertainment industry, all who are close to the star have been invited.

Invites were given to most of the co-stars that Jeon had worked with as well as entertainers who Jeon is close to in her personal life.

Actor Cha Tae-hyeon who Jeon starred with in the hit-movie that launched her career, "My Sassy Girl" (2001) is set to attend.

Other actors like Jang Hyeok, Han Seok-Kyu and Ha Jeong-woo who Jeon has and will work with after the wedding, have also been invited.

The ceremony will be divided into two parts and Jeon will attend a press conference before the wedding at 3 p.m. where she will reveal her wedding dress to the public for the first time.

The minister for Justice, who is a friend of Jeon's father in law will officiate the wedding.

Meanwhile, Jeon's husband-to-be Choi Jun-hyuk is a fiancé man who works for the Bank of America.
